*goverment yard : adalah wilayah yang dibangun oleh negara bagi rakyat miskin di kota. namun wilayah tersebut sangat di bawah standar kehidupan. di Jakarta, semacam rumah susun sederhana. Trenchtown semacam rumah susun tanpa bentuk apartmen, hanya tanah yang disedian dan persediaan air terbatas, minim listrik dan rumah-rumah seng.
